The conical body and splayed foot with the signature MYRA irridescence.

When German metalworks giants WMF called in one of Europe's best glass makers, Karl Weidmann, to make glass for the company, he wasn't best pleased when he found out he would be making lowly glass liners for WMF's stock designs. In an attempt to appease him and keep him on at the company, WMF allowed him to have his own range of glassware which they would retail. In 1926 the MYRA-Kristall range was established. Although not as well known as Tiffany or Loetz glass, the quality is comparable and the iridescence is fantastic.
