The rectangular top veneered in burr elm and mahogany with a central lozenge reserve all strung with ebony. With a hidden slide to each end lined with the original tooled green leather flanking a frieze drawer, all supported on splaying trestle ends with scrolled supports joined by a turned stretcher and resting on plinths standing on unusual turned and ebonised feet with hidden brass castors.
