The serpentine body veneered in bookmatched burr oak with two central doors above a moulded frieze flanked by faceted solid rosewood columns and feet. With the original Red Turkish Levanto marble top.
Made for the Compagnie des Arts Français. Stamped to the back.

A similar model can be found in the Musée des Beaux-Arts de Reims under reference (inv. 2002.2.1). A similar model was also designed by Süe et Mare for a dining room (see final image).
